Charles Tertiens

Charles started his career at a young age as a magician and while studying performing arts at the University of Cape Town, he began challenging his limit and as a result has become one of South Africa's most skilled performers. Who else at his age can say that they have worked on TV and stage internationally, circus and radio? Presenter, actor, voice artist, comical entertainer, magician, circus performer and director Charles Tertiens is them all.

Film roles include "Disgrace", acting opposite guru John Malkovitch; "Search for a South African husband"; "dollars and white pipes" and "the wild life", a German movie where Charles played the love interest of European model and actress Florentine Lahme.

He presented a live tv show branded by Mark Shuttleworth called "hip2b2" for two years and presented for the Capes no1 hit music station 94.5 Kfm.

Charles will forever be remembered for his Physical characters in the Cash Crusaders and Nissan Tiida adverts.
